The customer is responsible to conform to local laws and ordinances. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, modification, and/or installation, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product; and agrees that Outlaw Engines LLC holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse. The modifications and parts we install are often not street-legal under state or federal regulations.
You, the client, are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your city, state, and federal laws, including:

Emissions compliance (EPA, CARB, etc.)
Safety inspections
Noise ordinances
Registration rules
Road use regulations

We don’t guarantee legal road compliance. That’s your job. If you get pulled over, fined, or fail inspection — don’t call us. You agreed to it.
