What You CAN Text or Email Us
✅ You need to clarify a part or modification on your build
✅ You’re confirming payment or have a billing question
✅ You got an update and have questions or feedback
✅ You need to schedule a phone conference (by appointment only)
✅ You just wanted to say “holy hell, this is badass!”
What NOT to Text or Ask:
(And yes, we’ve heard all of these)
❌ “Just checking in... haven’t seen the portal updated in a while”. If there’s an update, it will be in the portal. Period.
❌ “Where am I in line?” You’re in the queue. When it’s your turn. Wrench time is not clock time.It’s not a deli counter. There's no number.
❌ “How much longer?” This isn’t fast food. This is custom craftsmanship.
❌ “Can you have it done by ___? That’s my deadline.” Your ‘self imposed’ Deadlines don’t drive builds. Logic, parts, and skill do. ✖ Respectfully? Not how this works.
The answer is: everything is in the portal.
